Our Process
At Sentia, we take a structured approach to software development. Our development process was created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget.
We can either meet in person or talk on the phone, whichever is more convenient for you. Advise on market potential, estimate product cost. This can also advice about raising capital for your startup.
Sentia can provide a mutual NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that protects your and Sentia's IP.
Let's Talk
The get-to-know-you stage of the project. This is when we review business requirements and project goals, and high-level timeline. Assign team, establish process and get to know the client / team.
Gathering and finalizing requirements and goals for your project. Learning and understanding the problems to be solved, your customers and competitors. We then marry the results into a cohesive project plan (UX & prototype).
Everything we've discussed so far about your project starts to take shape in the design stage. We apply learnings into a high-fidelity visual representation of the end product.
The development phase of your project is where we implement the approved functionality from Planning and Design stages. Internal quality assurance testing and verification of feature completion.
Reviewing the functionality of the product with you against the established acceptance criteria in a testing environment. Reporting and resolution on any discrepancies.
You'll have been signing everything off at the various project milestones, so this shouldn't be a big job. Accepting the project as final and complete, according to specifications, and ready for release to its intended target audience.
Post launch, we're on hand for any immediate bug fixes, making sure you're running perfectly. After that, its up to you to tell us when you need our support. You may be a non-tech Founder or need an expert team of app developers. We can help if you want to continue to add features, to improve the product or just have a developer ready to roll, we can dedicate a number of hours per week to you.
