Overview
Geyer Valmont engaged Sentia to reimagine how their team manages fitout quoting, site induction, and workforce tracking. Sentia designed and developed a powerful admin portal alongside a React Native mobile app to handle everything from quoting to check-in.
The platform includes a dynamic quote engine that factors in fitout style, concept themes, space preferences, and custom pricing to generate branded PDF quotes with 3D renders. Once approved, quotes are converted into projects, streamlining the handover from design to delivery.
The admin portal manages multi-tenant access, allowing Geyer Valmont and its clients to manage users, sites, and documentation across projects. Site-specific QR codes enable workers to check in and out using the mobile app, which includes a built-in induction process to ensure only compliant personnel are granted access.
Admins gain full visibility over projects, including man-hour reporting, asset tracking, and document management—all built to scale and ensure compliance across multiple job sites.
