A Retrospective view

29 May 2012, by Michael Cindrić

Our belief here at Sentia is that you should always look back at things you have done in the past and say we can improve on that.

At the moment we are in the process of changing some our processes to better improve them not only for us but for our clients. Development processes is something thats always changing. There was a time when the Waterfall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) approach was considered cutting edge and now we view it like the bad cousin.

The way in which you run your projects can always be improved, just as the nature of software development has changed so do the ways you go about doing them.

These little adjustments in the "Sentia Way" as we like to call it are only shuttle but important to improve our processes when working on client projects. We have learnt a lot over the last 6 months to a year as the industry has sped forward dramatically and shown a number of new approaches that can really have a great impact on the way you do things.

As we come to the end of making these changes we will post some of them up to help share the knowledge, so keep an eye out
