In the past, Makita had a manual ‘book with pen’ process for sales reps. Project RepConnect is the re-thinking to Makita Australia's Sales Team workflow to the cloud. The app Sentia built, streamlines their interaction with the internal Makita systems to allow the sales representative to make an order on the fly while on-site with the customer.

RepConnect further connects team members to one another with location check-ins and sharing information within the app.
