Sentia delivered a custom web platform integrated with Pipedrive CRM, enabling real-time synchronization of deals, contacts, and activities for improved project oversight.

The platform acts as a secure central repository for key job documents such as title searches, CRE reports, and Dial Before You Dig information, accessible by surveyors and draftsmen on-site. Users can upload field notes, magnet files, and other critical survey data, ensuring accurate data collection and seamless collaboration.

Sentia also implemented an automated fee proposal generation feature that creates professional PDF proposals tailored by project type, streamlining client quoting and approval processes.

Role-based access control provides secure, customized access for surveyors, draftsmen, and office staff, supporting efficient workflow management.
