Cohabit is a purpose-built platform for modern strata and community living. Sentia was engaged to deliver a fully featured digital ecosystem that simplifies how lot owners interact with their strata property while providing strata managers with the administrative tools to manage buildings effectively.

Sentia developed native mobile apps for iOS and Android alongside a powerful web-based admin portal. The platform supports secure levy payments, amenity bookings, building access, document sharing, and ticketed service requests. It also centralizes key strata data, including lot and building information, strata reports, by-laws, and annual meeting notices—enabling residents to stay informed and engaged.

Strata managers benefit from a multi-tenant admin portal to manage multiple properties, communicate with residents, process by-law requests, and upload critical documents such as building reports and compliance records. The system ensures transparency, accountability, and ease of use for all stakeholders.
