Novated Lease Australia provides vehicle leasing solutions as part of employee salary packaging, supporting a broad base of drivers across Australia. To modernise the customer experience and improve internal efficiencies, Sentia was engaged to deliver a suite of digital tools for both mobile and web.

The native mobile app gives drivers real-time access to manage their lease, track budgets, submit fuel or EV electricity claims, and request documents with ease. To reduce the strain on customer service, features like in-app chat, automated document requests, and guided end-of-lease steps were built into the experience.

In parallel, Sentia also developed a web-based loan application platform to streamline lease applications and approvals, making it faster and easier for customers to get started.

These systems are powered by a scalable backend platform integrated with Catch-E, ensuring accurate data sync across payroll, leasing, and claims.
